Meals On Wheels AMA Campaign in a Day

I had the privilege of participating in the American Marketing Association's first-ever Campaign in a Day competition, where I led a dynamic team to develop a comprehensive marketing campaign within just 5 hours. The fast-paced nature of the competition challenged my creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

My contributions included crafting innovative campaign strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging, and presenting a polished final concept to a panel of judges. This experience not only honed my ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines but also reinforced my skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.

The competition demonstrated my capacity to thrive in demanding environments, turning challenges into opportunities for impactful marketing solutions.

As part of the American Marketing Association's Campaign in a Day, I developed multiple media pieces to support the campaign’s objectives.

For the billboard ads, I designed two versions (A and B) with predominantly green themes, exploring creative variations to deliver the campaign's message effectively. A predominantly blue version was created to simulate how the finalized ad would appear in a real-world billboard setting.

Additionally, I created two LinkedIn posts tailored for the San Antonio chapter, aimed at recruiting volunteers for Meals on Wheels. These posts emphasized community engagement and highlighted the positive impact of volunteering, aligning the campaign with its community-focused mission.

This experience allowed me to independently conceptualize, design, and execute media assets that balance creativity with strategic objectives, showcasing my ability to manage projects autonomously and deliver impactful results.
